1969 Parfum de Revolte can be described as a peachy spicy fragrance with some rose and a touch of chocolate in the dry down. The opening is a delicate blend of fruity floral notes and spices. The rose balances out the spices to keep the scent fresh. The dry down has a hint of chocolate, with the base resting on patchouli and white musk. Although there are floral notes, this fragrance is totally unisex. Longevity is good, and projection is moderate at an arm’s length. 1969 is a top notch fragrance from the house, an excellent scent that is underrated.
Inspiration: “1969, an erotic year…this perfume represents the sexual revolution and evokes an intense sensuality, accentuated by White Musk and intense Chocolate.”
